Enterprise Founding Pilot Subscription Agreement

Version 2026-10-21.2 · Effective October 21, 2026

One-year commitment: Both payment options purchase a 12-month Founding Pilot term. Choose either 12 required monthly installments of $1,099 (total contractual commitment: $13,188) or one $11,988 payment for the full year (a $1,200 savings). A cancellation request prevents renewal after the 12-month term; it does not stop or forgive installments remaining in the committed term.

1. Founding Pilot allowance

The subscription includes one Enterprise portfolio, one Enterprise Owner plus three additional Enterprise team members included at no additional seat charge, consolidated billing and aggregate reporting, plus three included Foundation Organizations. Each included Organization has one facility, one Organization Administrator, one Facility Manager, and one Field Responder. The allowance remains attached to this continuously active Founding Pilot subscription. Customer operational workspaces remain isolated by default.

Each team member uses an individual account. The Owner assigns Administrator, Billing or Viewer access and manages invitations and access changes. These four Enterprise accounts are separate from the users included in each customer Organization. Beyond the included four Enterprise accounts (one Owner plus three team members), each additional Enterprise team account costs US $49 per month on monthly billing, or US $529.20 per year on annual billing (10% annual savings). The same rate applies regardless of assigned Enterprise role; assigning additional Owners does not increase the included allowance. These platform management seats do not receive the separate 10% portfolio purchasing adjustment. Customer Organization users and facilities are separate capacity items.

Additional Enterprise team billing

The Owner confirms the disclosed recurring price before authorizing paid access. Pending invitations reserve capacity but are not billed. On activation, the prorated seat charge is collected through the existing parent Enterprise subscription before access is granted. Recurring charges follow the parent subscription interval and renewal date. A failed payment leaves additional access inactive until payment succeeds. Removing a member revokes access immediately and, after successful billing reconciliation, reduces the paid-seat quantity for future renewal. Removal does not refund or credit the current paid period. If billing reconciliation fails, ATLAS displays an error and the Owner must retry the change or contact support; the removal is not represented as billing-complete until reconciliation succeeds. The base 12-month commitment remains unchanged.

2. Term and payment

The initial term is 12 months beginning when Stripe confirms the first successful payment. Under the monthly installment option, the Enterprise authorizes twelve consecutive monthly charges of $1,099. Under the pay-in-full option, the Enterprise authorizes one charge of $11,988 for the full 12-month term. Taxes and separately approved expansion charges are additional.

3. Cancellation and renewal

Cancellation is notice of non-renewal effective at the end of the committed 12-month term. It does not terminate the current term, stop the remaining monthly installments, or automatically create a refund. Unless non-renewal is requested before the end of the term, the subscription continues at the then-applicable billing interval and disclosed price. ATLAS will record the effective non-renewal date. Suspending customer Organization users or Organizations does not cancel billing. Enterprise team-member removal follows the separate seat-removal terms above.

4. Expansion pricing

Additional customer Organizations, users and facilities beyond their included allowances are billed through the parent Enterprise subscription at contracted pricing. ATLAS bills the Enterprise, not those customer Organizations separately. The Enterprise determines its customer pricing and invoices its customers separately. Eligible portfolio capacity beyond the included allowance is billed at the then-current public Organization price less the disclosed Enterprise adjustment, currently 10%. Authorized increases may increase the consolidated Enterprise obligation after the requesting user confirms the disclosed amount. Reductions require authorized approval and Stripe reconciliation.

Standard onboarding is included. Custom work is separately scoped, quoted and approved before work begins; there is no standard implementation fee.

5. Nonpayment, disputes, and access

Failed or disputed required payments do not cancel the remaining contractual commitment. ATLAS may suspend access for nonpayment, dispute, or chargeback while preserving records under applicable retention terms. Refunds or credits apply only when expressly approved and do not alter the remaining term unless confirmed in writing.

6. Partner margin

The Enterprise adjustment is an economic margin within consolidated billing, not a separate cash payout. Refunds, credits, disputes, and chargebacks reverse the corresponding margin. No revenue-share payment is owed without a signed payout addendum. The 10% purchasing adjustment is not a ceiling on resale margin or total earnings. Earnings depend on sales and costs and are not guaranteed; platform limits and included capacity remain applicable.

7. Electronic signature

The signer confirms authority to bind the Enterprise. Selecting the agreement and authority confirmations and continuing to Stripe constitutes an electronic signature. ATLAS records the signer, title, agreement version, immutable document hash, payment option, accepted total commitment, acceptance time, and security evidence. Access is not activated until a signed Stripe webhook confirms payment and the required billing schedule.

8. Other terms

This agreement supplements the ATLAS Customer Service & Data Use Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, Privacy Notice, and Acceptable Use & AI Safety Policy. If billing language conflicts, this version controls the Founding Pilot economics described here. Material revisions require acceptance of a new immutable version.

Checkout acceptance

Viewing this page alone is not acceptance. Acceptance occurs only when an authorized signer chooses a payment option, affirmatively checks both confirmations, and continues to Stripe Checkout.
